I am a 47 year old, self employed Yoga instructor with 28 years teaching experience in Fitness and Yoga. I have been running my own business for the past 12 years teaching group classes and 1-2-1 tuition in the community. I have been Vegetarian since I was 8 years old and went full Vegan around 2017. I only promote Vegan nutrition to clients and only provide Vegan friendly products/recommendations to them. I own a small holding where I keep rescued animals including Goats/Ducks/Rabbits from when I used to work part time as a Vet Nurse before I went fully self employed.
